We have moved from Tallebudgerra, and we are now at a place called Broken Head, just a few kilometres south of Byron Bay. Randall discovered this place while I was back in Hobart for a week, and it really is a lovely find! It is at the end of a road, no shops nearby, and just the sound of the waves at night. The caravan site we are in is lovely and shady, so it was much easier setting up!
The beach is a surf beach, but there is a deeper section just before the waves where you can float about, so that is very pleasant.
It has been raining on and off for the last couple of days, but the sky clears pretty quickly and when the sun comes out it is quite hot.
